Your Voice Matters

Carefully listening to you is a must. If we build you a deck that doesn't suit what you need then what's the point? If we don't listen to you, we are only doing half the job. We believe that your input is the most important part of the planning stage.

Old Deck Removal

Before getting started on your new deck we must remove your old one. In order to ensure we don't damage your home during this process we carefully inspect your old deck to make sure it can be removed without and issues. We take care of this whole process so you can rest easy.

Proper Sizing

We make sure that your new deck has adequate sizing so that you can enjoy your new deck. If it's too small, you will be limited and won't be able to enjoy things like deck furniture, storage, family space and the BBQ might be squished in. e plan ahead so that you can enjoy this new space. 

Perfect Fit

Your home exterior needs to be planned around and we want to perfectly fit your new deck to the contour of your home and to use the space effectively. If the shape and location of your deck is not carefully thought out things like basement windows can be blocked.

Full Access

We try to minimize how many transition zones your deck has so that the space can be used more effectively. In the planning stage, we carefully plot out where the steps go so that you won't be tripping on stairs and can access the deck easily.

Composite or Traditional

Wood decks are great but there are other options that we like to work with. Composite deck materials are great as they are long lasting and require very little maintenance. Composite is great because it doesn't fade, need to be painted or cause splinters.

Add Ons

There are many extra considerations to think about before building a new deck. You may want railings, step lighting and maybe even an arbour over the top of the deck to give you some shade. We will give you a list of extras for you to consider before we start building.

Final Touches

The small things make all the difference. Laying down some fresh sod to freshen up some areas or similar details are all part of what sets us apart. All the loose ends should be tied up before we can be finished. Your new deck should be a thing of beauty from all angles.
